Highlights
Our Old Town Tour is much more than an excursion—it’s a true journey through the history, culture and essence of the island of Santiago. We combine the best of two worlds: the vibrant energy of the city of Praia and the historic charm of the first colonial city in sub-Saharan Africa. Personalized follow-up: Passionate local guides follow each moment of the journey, sharing stories, curiosities and traditions that only those who live the culture can tell. ️ Living history: In Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will walk through centuries-old stone streets, visit fortresses, churches and the iconic pelourinho, immersing in centuries of history. Unforgettable moments: Strategic stops for photographs in miradours with stunning views, plus free time to explore, buy craft or simply feel the environment.
