Ablauf
We will start our tour at the Ohrid Central Square that has the name of the Ohrid patron St. Clement.
The portraits of the six Roman popes are painted inside the church, which reflects the relations between the Eastern and the Western church before the schism in 1054. The bare-foot Christ as well as the cycle of the Forty Martyrs of Sebaste, are some of the rarities that make the gallery of St. Sophia a unique gallery of paintings. Its magnificent architecture is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Byzantine architecture in general.
Today, the exhibits are presented in the historical house of the richest family in Ohrid, Robev family, built 1863-1864. The biggest part of the museum consists of an archaeological collection that presents the archaeological treasure from the region of the city.
One of the Iconic Churches in Ohrid, with unique frescoes from the 13th century.
The Ancient Theater is located at the foot of the eastern slope of the higher Ohrid hill, under the Samuel Fortress. It is near one of the main entrances to the fortified city – the Upper Gate, from where one may capture and enjoy in the unforgettable breath-taking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The theater dates from around 1-st century BC.
We will visit the complex of Pantheleymon church, built by St. Clement of Ohrid.
The last site we will visit for today is the 13th-century church, the Church of “St. John the Evangelist” (Kaneo). Here we can have lunch in a restaurant on the shore. The return to the center of Ohrid can be arranged by small boats.
Ohrid fortress is the symbol of the town, the walls and the towers of the fortress occupy the entire Ohrid hill which rises to 100 meters above the lake level. From all sides, except the southern, that is facing the lake, the city is being protected by high walls and defensive towers in the length of about three kilometers, spreading all up to the Ohrid port.

About Pristina
Pristina is the capital of Kosovo, a young university city of Ottoman mosques, busy cafés and a pedestrian boulevard named for Mother Teresa.
Pristina lies on a plain among low hills in the middle of Kosovo, and its centre mixes Ottoman, Yugoslav-era and modern buildings. Mother Teresa Boulevard is a long pedestrian street of cafés and shops, running south from Skanderbeg Square. The Imperial Mosque, dating from the fifteenth century, and the Clock Tower are among the older landmarks, and the National Library is wrapped in a metal lattice beneath white domes.
