4Long tour
He was very enthusiastic and had a ton of information. That comes with time. The tour is supposed to be a morning walk but ended at 1:45. If you don’t have immediate plans after then no problem. We did and missed another part of our trip
5Fabulous Munch
Book a tour with Aussie!! He was fabulous He gave us so much local information from past and present. Even advised us to check the price of beer as that would tell you if the restaurant was expensive or ok!
5Our tour with Ozzy was...
Our tour with Ozzy was amazing! We were in town for Oktoberfest and I am glad that we were able to see the city while we were there. Ozzy met our group at Hotel Excelsior and took us over to the Old Town area. The level of detail, knowledge, and breakdown of both the past & present history of Munich what exactly what we needed. Kid you not he’s basically a Munich celebrity - everywhere we went the locals knew him and it was a joy to see the light & impact he brings to his community. Thank you again, Ozzy!

About Munich
Munich is the Bavarian capital, with a rebuilt old town, beer gardens, royal palaces and the Alps visible on clear days to the south.
Marienplatz, the main square, is overlooked by the neo-Gothic New Town Hall, whose Glockenspiel chimes with mechanical figures, and by the twin onion-domed towers of the Frauenkirche. The Viktualienmarkt close by is a food market with a beer garden. The Residenz, the former home of Bavaria's rulers, has lavish halls and a treasury, and Nymphenburg Palace stands in a park to the west.
