Levantá de la Almadraba Conil Route

On this route we will see the fishing of the Red Tuna from the Conil almadraba, where we will be in the same cove, a few meters from where "La Levantá" takes place, to see all the work that the almadraberos and divers do to catch these large red tuna, where we will tell the whole process and its history, both the migratory route and the ancient fishing techniques that were used centuries ago in this three-thousand-year-old art. We will see how the Captain gives the orders for all the maneuvers, where the divers underwater, are letting the passage of these tuna from the nets to the cope, which is the last compartment of this framework, and where "The Haul" is finally performed. Next, we will see the fishing of these sea giants with the "Lupara" technique, where the sacrifice is secured with minimum stress and suffering, achieving maximum quality in each piece, and making these red tunas the most exquisite and appreciated in the whole world.
