4. Haghartsin Monastery is a hidden gem nestled in the lush forests of Dilijan National Park. Built between the 10th and 13th centuries, this medieval complex features stunning Armenian architecture with intricate stone carvings and majestic domes. Surrounded by rolling green hills, it exudes a mystical, peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for history lovers and spiritual seekers. Legend has it that the monastery’s name, meaning "Dance of the Eagles," comes from eagles seen soaring above it during its construction.

About Yerevan
