From outside you can see only half of the building because it’s more under the ground.

3. One-stop will be in Revolution Square to admire the Athenaeum. We continue with the Royal Palace (now is National Art Museum) and the balcony where Ceausescu talked to the last time to the people from the former Central Committee of the Communist Party building and the monument dedicated to the heroes from 1989’s revolution.
