Owakudani is an active volcanic valley in Hakone, Japan, created by an eruption around 3,000 years ago, featuring sulfurous vents, hot springs, and stunning views of Mount Fuji. It's famous for its desolate landscape, volcanic activity, and "black eggs" boiled in the hot springs, which are said to prolong one's life by seven years when eaten.

The Hakone Pirate Ship cruise operates from three main ports on Lake Ashi, with Tōgendai Port being one of them.
