Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. About Maui
