1. Pick you up from your accommodation in Florence at 7,30am. Our driver will normally be at your address at 7,15am. We will then drive to the first winery which will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

For the creation of all the wines of the company are used only the grapes harvested with love in the small vineyard; in the cellar, thanks to the collaboration of top experts who carefully follow all stages of production, unique products are made. 3. Oggi Acetaia S. è leader nella produzione del tradizionale aceto balsamico di Modena e di una vasta gamma di condimenti dolci e acidi. Qui si avrà un pranzo tradizionale presso il ristorante della proprietà che si affaccia su uno scenario mozzafiato. Il pranzo è incentrato sui piatti tipici dell'Emilia-Romagna che si sposano meglio con diversi tipi di aceto balsamico. In seguito, visita privata delle cantine per una spiegazione completa del processo di produzione dell'aceto balsamico: dalla pressatura delle uve e l'ebollizione del mosto, fino alle fasi di filtrazione e miscelazione. La visita si concluderà con una degustazione di aceto balsamico.

It took creativity to imagine it; efficiency, to shape it; and perseverance, to make their dream come true. The winery was designed and built inspired by a modern concept, with the sole goal of offering a high-quality product through the utmost respect for plants and the territory, always guided by principles of order and accuracy. We do not rely on chemicals, but on the balance of the nature. Technology helps us in reducing significantly the use of copper and sulfur.
