Highlights
The Colca Canyon is one of the deepest in the world and a popular hiking destination. It is located in southern Peru, next to the Colca River, famous among rafting enthusiasts. In this valley inhabits the enormous Andean condor, which can be seen from several viewpoints, such as Cruz del Cóndor. It is an area with green landscapes and several remote traditional villages where the cultivation on terraces of the Incas is practiced.

4A very long but good day....
A very long but good day. Wasn't a fan of the food on the trip, and I would definitely recommend doing what you can to stave off altitude sickness.
5Well arranged tour
Very good tour. Enthusiastic guide, who did a great job. We got sufficient time at all the stops, and the stops wee all worth the time. The bus in which we toured all day also was of good quality with a good (safe) driver.
5Great cultural experience
Excellent tour, very informative and professional. Our guide and driver were great and spoke Spanish and English. Be prepared for a long day but highly recommended.
5Long but great day.
This was a very packed day with lots to see. Be well rested beforehand! The only part that felt incomplete was I wish there were more time at hot springs.
3Could be better
Well, the things we saw were overall quite nice, the landscapes were super impressive. We could see Condors, Llamas, Alpacas and Vicuñas. However at the day before the tour they promised us to pick us up first, they ended up pickung us up last and we had to share the last row of the bus with a family that brought their less than 2 years old baby. The baby was crying and screaming all day long(understandable). I don't really understand why the company allows little babies on a 15 hour bus tour?! These incidents made it less enjoyable for us.

About Arequipa
Arequipa, in southern Peru, is a white-stone colonial city beneath the cone of El Misti volcano, close to the deep Colca Canyon.
Arequipa lies at about 2,300 metres in the dry southern Andes, with the cone of El Misti volcano rising above it and Chachani and Pichu Pichu on either side. Its centre is built from sillar, a light volcanic stone that has earned it the name of the White City. The Plaza de Armas has arcades, palms and the cathedral, whose façade stretches the full length of one side.
