Ablauf

1. We will begin Riding Scooters, Motorbikes or Cars to our Forest Coffee Plantation. Driving though incredible Pine Forests, Strawberry Farms, Green Tea, Artichoke, and Buddhist Flower Greenhouses, we will have plenty of expansive view points to take photos and Videos. Upon arrival we will Head into the Citrus Farm to Wildcraft Jungle Vegatables, Local Chicken Eggs, Heirloom Chili's and Herbs that we will use for our Lunch. From there it's a short Hike through the Pines to our Organic Coffee Plantation. Keep your eyes out for Wild Ginseng and Botanical Mushrooms along the Route. We will then begin to identify Red Ripe Coffee Cherries to Harvest for Production. We will supply Traditonal Vietnamese Hats, Baskets, And Rubber Boots for the Harvesting. After we head to the Local River and waterfall to Swim or Fish for the Trout that we prepare for your lunch. Your guides will prepare a traditional Central Highlands Coffee farm Lunch with what we Gathered. Farm to Cup Coffee is Included

2. We will teach you how locals in Vietnam have Harvested, Fermented, Sun Dried, Hand Peeled, And Hand Roasted this Famous Arabica Coffee. We also have access to the infamous Golden Cherry Coffee Unique to this area of Vietnam. After you will Know The actual Farm to Cup Coffee experience purely Hands on through each process. Remaining hours is for transfer.

About Da Lat

Da Lat is a cool hill city in Vietnam's Central Highlands, a French-built resort of pine forests, flower gardens, lakes and waterfalls.

Da Lat lies on a plateau at about 1,500 metres in the Central Highlands, where the air is cooler than on the coast and pine forests cover the hills. The French developed it as a hill station in the early twentieth century after Alexandre Yersin explored the plateau in 1893, and villas, a railway station and a pink cathedral recall that time. Xuan Huong Lake, an artificial lake in the town centre, is circled by a walking path.
