1The experience was very...
The experience was very disappointing. The guide’s English was very limited, and the tour was conducted mostly in Spanish (around 80%), with less than 20% in English. This made it difficult for English-speaking participants to understand and enjoy the experience.
5Amazing tour guide and amazing sites I recommend it to anyone coming to the area. You learn about the people and history
It is a full day trip about 10 hour of exploration and roughly 2-3 hours of travel. Bring water and an umbrella or sun hat to help with the heat. Bring proper water shoes as crocs do not count.
5Chichén Itza and xenote tour
Had a wonderful time on this tour of Chichén Itza. Great mix of history and also free time to enjoy on your own. Alan was very personable. Jose our driver was also great and kept us on time. The lunch buffet was delicious and the stops at the xenotes offered plenty of time to enjoy swimming without rushing. Just keep in mind it is a long day! We left at 6am and arrived back at our hotel close to 9pm. Would recommend overall.
5Excellent experience!
From the moment we wanted to book, we felt very well oriented, attention was exceptional. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Chichén Itzá is an ancient Maya city in the middle of the Yucatán Peninsula, in the state of Yucatán, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was a regional capital long before the arrival of the Spanish, and its buildings mix Maya traditions with styles that show links to central Mexico.
