5Top notch guide
An excellent, comprehensive tour of the Alhambra with a knowledgeable guide who secured our tickets, tailored the experience to our needs, and skillfully avoided the crowds. Her insights brought the history to life and made the visit especially rewarding. Highly recommended. Aiyana rocks
5Fun day in Alhambra
A perfect 3-hour tour! The duration felt just right, and the group size was not too crowded. Our guide was clear, concise, and engaging throughout, making the history super easy to follow. Excellent time management from start to finish. Highly recommended

Eva was an excellent tour Guide, she explained everything clearly and very professionally.
5Challenging Alhambra ticketing times
Viator has yet to let me down. This was a complicated visit to Alhambra as our cruise ship was scheduled to do too late for us to make our admission time. Viator accommodated us in creative ways that still made this visit to an amazing place possible for us. Everything had been sold out for days on end so trying to reschedule was not an option.Thank you for thinking out of the box and helping us!
5Excellent tour. Well...
Excellent tour. Well paced and 5pm was the best time to go as it was cooler and less busy. The tour guide was excellent (from Machester, but can't remember her name), really knew a lot about the Palace and gave a great tour.
3Worth the visit but didn't live up to my expectations.
The Alhambra and Generalife are undeniably beautiful, and the gardens were a real highlight of this small-group tour. The open palace interiors were also impressive, with stunning architecture, intricate details, and plenty of history to appreciate. However, several rooms were closed, including the Sultan’s Throne Room, due to earthquake damage earlier in the year. This was particularly disappointing, as it was one of the rooms I had been most interested in seeing. While I understand that closures for safety and restoration are sometimes unavoidable, clearer advance notice would have helped set expectations. I also found the pace a little slow for my personal preference, and parts of the presentation became repetitive. A more concise and energetic delivery would have kept the tour moving and made the experience more engaging. Overall, the gardens and palaces make the Alhambra well worth visiting, but the room closures and slower tour style meant the experience did not quite meet my expectations.

About Granada
Granada is an Andalusian city below the Sierra Nevada, home to the Alhambra palace complex, the Moorish Albaicín quarter and a famous tapas habit.
The Alhambra, a hilltop fortress and palace complex built by the Nasrid rulers in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries, is one of Spain's most visited monuments, with carved plasterwork, courtyards and pools, and the Generalife gardens beside it. Granada fell in 1492, the last Muslim kingdom in Spain, and the cathedral and Royal Chapel, with the tombs of Ferdinand and Isabella, mark that turning point.
