Here you will find every type of bar: from beautiful boutique hotels and artisanal breweries, to the most traditional bars housed in mansions from the late nineteenth - early twentieth century. On this route, alongside a local host, we will learn how to prepare and taste different versions of our flag drink: pisco sour, macerated pisco and signature cocktails in your favorite Barranco bars full of good stories and top-rated bartenders. *The prices are referential and are subject to availability with previous confirmation.

Rute

  1. The first stop of this walking tour will be a traditional bar to taste a classic pisco sour, prepared with the original recipe. Then, we will go to a modern bar in a colonial “Casona” where we will have different versions of our pisco sour as passion fruit sours or “chicha” sours. Finally, we will head to a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing signature cocktails to end this fun route on a high note.
