  It was amazing! Our kid love it! Great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful! Beautiful boat and amazing views! Self drive boat was one of the best days ever!

  From the start to finish these guys take care of you . Full induction and escort you in and out of the harbour . Safety boat on hand for any issues via hand held radio . They even helped anchor the boat for us . Do listen to all they say , also all the staff have a great sense of humour . Fuel charge at the end was €29 that was great value . Honestly never used a boat in me life but was very easy lol so don’t be off . Great experience, good value . Also free parking facing the centre so don’t pay local. Good array of shops and nice place to eat out and spend the day . We had 4 hours from 14.00hrs and was enough for us . Book it’s well worth it . 🙏☘️❤️

  Highly recommend this self drive boat experience! Me and my partner said we will do this again when we’re next in Cyprus. So much freedom whilst out at sea, the boat is extremely easy to sail and the views all combine for a 10/10 experience.

  Great activity to try if you always wanted to sail but don't have a valid licence. Most EU countries do not allow people to sail this type of boats without a valid "boat licence", while Cyprus do. It's great fun, the team is very friendly and helpful, the boat is easy to ail and it is 10x more enjoyable than paying €25 to get on a crowded boat with 100s of other people just to go play in a little creek alongside other boats carrying the same amount of passangers.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Day – 10/10! We had an absolutely amazing day with Latchi Watersports hiring a self-drive boat, and honestly, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful and really welcoming. The instructions before heading out were excellent and gave us complete confidence, especially as it was our first time hiring and driving a boat. We’re a family of five, and the boat was absolutely fantastic. It was great fun, comfortable for all of us and gave us the freedom to explore the coastline at our own pace. The different stops along the coast were incredible, with some amazing places to stop, swim and snorkel. The water was absolutely stunning! One thing that really stood out to us was the safety support. Even though you’re out enjoying the freedom of having your own boat, you’re never far away from help, with the Latchi safety boat constantly keeping an eye on everyone. It gave us a real sense of reassurance and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. A special mention to Luke on the safety boat. When we reached the Blue Lagoon, it was extremely busy and we were a little unsure about anchoring, as it was our first time doing it. Luke came over to check everything was okay and personally talked us through exactly what to do, showing us how he would do it himself. That level of help and customer service was absolutely brilliant and really made a difference. The other thing that really impressed us was the value for money. For a family of five, we thought the boat hire was extremely reasonably priced and fantastic value for money considering the experience you get. It genuinely felt like we had a full day of adventure and fun without it costing the earth. The whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Fantastic staff, an amazing boat, beautiful coastline, brilliant safety support and excellent value for money. If you’re coming to Cyprus, self-drive boat hire with Latchi Watersports is an absolute must! We would 100% do it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable day out. 🚤🌊🤿 Thank you to everyone at Latchi Watersports for an incredible day!

About Paphos

Paphos is a harbour town on Cyprus's south-west coast, with Roman mosaics, ancient tombs, a seafront fort and the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite nearby.

Paphos is split between the harbourside Kato Paphos, where most of the ancient sites lie, and the hillside town of Ktima above it. Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site, with the floor mosaics of Roman villas such as the House of Dionysos, the ruins of an odeon and a small fort at the harbour mouth. Nearby, the Tombs of the Kings are rock-cut burial chambers dating from the 4th century BC.
