• 4A little bit of Benidorm!

  Lots of choice with the food. What we had was very tasty Acrobats were fantastic Saxophonist was very good and the guitarist. The Compere was a little jumping bean and the singers were okay. Dancers had never met each other. It was a good night out on the sea, ending with fireworks. Trying to cram too much into the time they had. Not sure we’d do it again.

• 51st Class Evening Meal and Entertainment

  This was our third evening dinner and dance trip on Wave Dancer 1. The first trip was over 10years ago, and each visit has got better. The service from the collection from the hotel, the waiter service on the boat, the food, and the spectacular entertainment is first class. Our evening was one of the highlights of our holiday.

• 5A phenomenal experience on the Wave Dancer

  My wife, daughter and I went on the Wave Dancer at end of September, based on some recommendations we’d had from friends prior to travel. Firstly, the value for money is amazingly good. We were picked up from our hotel and returned there, our daughter isn’t yet four so she was free, and the four hour experience and fantastic quality food (prepared and cooked on board each evening) were all included in the ticket price. The entertainment is similarly brilliant; a combination of singers, musicians, dancers and acrobats were on show that evening and kept us throughly entertained. The boat was fully booked but because of the arrangement (each group has their own table) the space was impressive and we felt both part of a larger experience but also able to enjoy it without being too close to strangers. Finally; the staff on board, whether for drinks, waiting staff or helping you navigate the boat were all wonderful, with Andreas who leads proceedings a particular highlight. I haven’t read any other review, but anyone giving this experience less than five stars needs to give their head a wobble: at twice the price it would still be worth every penny. If I’m ever back in Paphos, this will be the first thing I book.

  Absolutely fantastic night from beginning to end. The attentive boat crew went above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. The food was delicious and the entertainment was outstanding. We would definitely book again. Absolute highlight of our holiday! Well done wave dancer 👏👏👏👏

• 5What a fantastic night...

  I just knew this was going to be a great night of entertainment from the moment the guitarist started playing Shine on you crazy diamond as an opener. And then the saxophone player joined in. It was just magical. From start to finish the staff were amazing, and the entertainment was out of this world. From Chris the choreographer, DJ, MC, singer, etc, to the singers, dancers, acrobats, sax player and guitarist. This was some night. And the firework display topped it all off. A special mention goes to Andreas and Mohammed. I told them of my need for Gluten Free food and they just could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Mohammed walked through the various courses with me, pointing out what was safe and what wasn't. And then, once the mains were served, he brought me over a very delicious Creme Brulée. Thank you so much Mohammed :) If you're in Paphos before the season turns, I thoroughly recommend Wave Dancer for a night out. If we're lucky enough to go back to Paphos, we'll definitely rebook.

About Paphos

Paphos is a harbour town on Cyprus's south-west coast, with Roman mosaics, ancient tombs, a seafront fort and the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite nearby.

Paphos is split between the harbourside Kato Paphos, where most of the ancient sites lie, and the hillside town of Ktima above it. Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site, with the floor mosaics of Roman villas such as the House of Dionysos, the ruins of an odeon and a small fort at the harbour mouth. Nearby, the Tombs of the Kings are rock-cut burial chambers dating from the 4th century BC.
