The region is famous for its truffles, exceptional wines, and high-quality olive oil—perfect for a tasting experience before returning to Zagreb.
Pula, nestled along Croatia's Istrian Peninsula, is a captivating blend of ancient history and modern charm. Its crown jewel, the Pula Arena, an impeccably preserved Roman amphitheater, echoes tales of gladiatorial combat and grand spectacles. Wander through the atmospheric streets to discover remnants of its Roman past, like the Temple of Augustus and the Arch of the Sergii. Dive into Pula's cultural scene with museums and galleries, or savor Istrian cuisine in cozy taverns. With its historic allure and vibrant energy, Pula offers a captivating experience for every traveler.
After exploring the historical treasures of Pula, we’ll head to Rovinj, our second stop on the tour. In Rovinj, you’ll stroll through its charming old town, with winding streets and stunning views of the Adriatic. We’ll visit the Church of St. Euphemia and enjoy some free time to explore the lively harbor and local shops. Rovinj’s relaxed coastal vibe is the perfect way to end our day before returning to Zagreb.

Zagreb is Croatia's capital, a city of two historic towns, cathedral spires, café-lined streets and green parks beneath Mount Medvednica.
Zagreb has two historic halves. The Upper Town, Gornji Grad, sits on a hill with cobbled lanes, the tiled-roof church of St Mark and the Lotrščak Tower, from which a cannon is fired at noon each day. Below, the Lower Town has Austro-Hungarian squares, theatres and museums around Ban Jelačić Square, with the twin neo-Gothic spires of the cathedral just east and a short funicular linking the two parts.
Top-ranked sights in Zagreb: Ban Jelačić Square (Trg Bana Jelačića), Gric Tunnel (Tunel Gric), Dolac Market.
