Højdepunkter

Hello, travelers and adventurers!,I am Gerson Pizango, a local guide in the Peruvian Amazon, based primarily in the city of Iquitos.I have over two decades of experience (since 2000) leading expeditions in the rainforest. After leaving the Peruvian Army in 2000, I transformed my military discipline into a unique ecotourism adventure, I channeled my military discipline into creating the most comprehensive Amazon survival training program available. With over 26 years of experience in the jungle, with me you will learn real survival skills, This isn't your typical tour; you’ll learn authentic ancestral and military survival techniques. I'll teach you how to obtain water and food, fish, build safe shelters, make fire, and master navigation in this wild environment. Transforms the vastness of the jungle into your personal training ground. Master ancestral and military survival techniques on a tour designed to challenge your limits.

About Iquitos

Iquitos is a river city in the Peruvian Amazon, reached only by air or water, a port of rubber-boom mansions and stilt-house neighbourhoods.

Iquitos stands on the Amazon in the Peruvian rainforest, and no road links it to the rest of the country; people and goods arrive by river or by air. The city flourished in the late nineteenth-century rubber boom, and some mansions of that time survive, with tiled façades, around the Plaza de Armas. The Malecón Tarapacá, a riverfront promenade, looks out over the water.

Top-ranked sights in Iquitos: Amazon River, Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, Floating City of Belen.
