1. Exciting experience canoeing in the Chili River, just 20 minutes from the Plaza de Armas, the chili is a river with low flow, but with many rapids class II , III and IV. We pick you up from your hotel then we transfer you to our equipment warehouse after that we headed to the area of the Gruta of the Virgin of Chapi in Charcani where you will receive instructions on the proper use of equipment, the descent of the river is down a flight of 7 Km. (1:30 hrs.) In boats with capacity for 05 people + 01 instructor guide.

About Arequipa

Arequipa, in southern Peru, is a white-stone colonial city beneath the cone of El Misti volcano, close to the deep Colca Canyon.

Arequipa lies at about 2,300 metres in the dry southern Andes, with the cone of El Misti volcano rising above it and Chachani and Pichu Pichu on either side. Its centre is built from sillar, a light volcanic stone that has earned it the name of the White City. The Plaza de Armas has arcades, palms and the cathedral, whose façade stretches the full length of one side.
