Through a combination of breathwork, gentle guidance, and energetic bodywork, space is created to release tension, blockages, and stored emotions — without forcing anything. What makes this session unique is the fully personalized approach. There is no fixed protocol or performance expectation; the session unfolds in response to what you need in that moment. This makes the 16D session accessible even if you have no prior experience with breathwork or inner work. In a calm and safe setting in the Algarve, the 16D session invites deep relaxation, clarity, and self-connection. It is not a therapy or workshop, but an intimate moment for yourself — allowing you to soften, feel, and restore at your own pace, in a safe and supportive setting.
