This makes the 16D session accessible even if you have no prior experience with breathwork or inner work. In a calm and safe setting in the Algarve, the 16D session invites deep relaxation, clarity, and self-connection. It is not a therapy or workshop, but an intimate moment for yourself — allowing you to soften, feel, and restore at your own pace, in a safe and supportive setting.
