As you descend down the steps 2,500 years into history towards the burial chambers, you come face to face with vibrant details that paint a portrait of the daily lives of these enigmatic ancient people. Tickets are currently € 8 per person and can be purchased on location.

  2. In the center of Tarquinia lies this splendid Gothic Palace, which today is the Etruscan National Museum. On three floors, it houses a precious collection of Etruscan Artifacts which were excavated from the Necropolis of Monterozzi. Tickets to the museum are currently € 6 and can be bought on location.

  3. Beautiful Gothic Romanesque church on a hill just outside Tuscania, dominated by a rose window on the facade. The interior architecture and the mosaics are definitely worth seeing! You can choose to leave an offering that will go towards the restoration at the caretakers.
