About
Ticket Hall is a travel platform specializing in sightseeing tours, hop-on-hop-off experiences and attraction tickets worldwide. It is a place to compare tickets, tours and hop-on hop-off buses before you book one, and it covers 2232 cities.
Where the listings come from
The experiences on this site are run by independent operators. Their listings — titles, descriptions, prices, photographs and reviews — reach us through the catalogue of our booking partner, and we refresh that catalogue daily.
We do not write the descriptions and we do not set the prices. What you read on a product page is the operator's own account of what they run, arranged so that two of them can be compared side by side.
What happens when you book
We do not sell anything. There is no checkout here, no payment, no booking held in your name. Choosing a date on a product page and pressing the button opens the booking partner's own site, with that date carried across; travellers, ticket type and payment are all confirmed there.
From that point the booking is between you, the operator and the booking partner, on their terms. Ours are on the Terms page.
Reviews
Reviews are travellers' own words, shown in the order they were written rather than sorted to put the good ones first. We do not collect reviews ourselves, we do not edit them, and we do not remove one for being unflattering.
Who we are not
We are not affiliated with any attraction, museum or operator listed on this site. Where an operator's name appears, it is because they run the experience — not because there is any relationship between them and us.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Ticket Hall, an independent online guide to tours, tickets and activities. To reach us — about the site, a listing that looks wrong, or information we hold — use the contact page.
