1. At 08:30, our guide meets you in front of Avlabari Metro Station with our company’s branded flag. He/she will show you where our office is. After you complete the check-in procedure, you will wait a few minutes in our office until your tour starts.

5. In Gudauri, you can present and taste different varieties of natural alpine honey. In mountain fields, you can taste different flowers and plants from the slopes of the mountains in this delicious locally-produced honey.

6. The Friendship Monument of Georgian and Russian People was built in 1983. It is a large, round stone arch and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus mountains. We can try Glintwine and have some free time for mountain activities like Quadro cycles and snowmobiles.

7. You will see the highest-located cross-cupola church in Georgia, Gergety Trinity Church. It is one of the most breathtaking and spiritual spots in the entire country. The temple offers fantastic views of the town of Stephantsminda and the sights of Mount Kazbegi, which is elevated at 5047 meters.

• 5An Unforgettable Day in Kazbegiand Gudauri

  I had an absolutely wonderful day on the Kazbegi tour with Gamarjoba Georgia Tours. The entire tour was very well organised, from the transportation and itinerary to the timing at each stop. Kazbegi itself was breathtaking, and the tour gave us a great mix of beautiful landscapes, interesting places and enough time to actually enjoy each stop rather than feeling rushed. What made the experience even better was our guide, Shoti. He was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. He kept the group engaged, shared interesting stories about Georgia and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The group itself was also great, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to meet and interact with fellow travellers — something I particularly enjoyed as a solo traveller. Overall, a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my time in Georgia. I would definitely recommend Gamarjoba to anyone looking to explore Kazbegi from Tbilisi.

• 5Great scenery of Caucasian mountains

  We had a wonderful trip to Kazbegi with our guide Niko. We visited Ananuri and Gergeti and really enjoyed the honey and chacha tasting along the way. Niko was calm and very pleasant company throughout the day. He kept everything well organised and made sure we stayed on schedule.

  We had an amazing trip to the mountains with the sweetest guide Ell, she was very patient with us and told us lots of fascinating historical facts. The things that could be better were the local toilets - what’s the point of paying if the conditions are so middle aged, and also the tour car could have had some spare blankets to over when it’s too windy in the mountains.

• 5One of my favourite tours ever!

  It was an amazing tour!!! It's a full day tour with many beautiful stops where you get to see nature at It's finest! Guide was great, it was easy to find the meeting point. The best part of it was the group of people I was blessed to meet! We were all from different countries and got to know one another, we had so much fun together! Highly recommend tour and operator! ✨️

About Tbilisi

Tbilisi, Georgia's capital, spills along a river gorge beneath a fortress, mixing balconied old houses, sulphur baths and bold modern landmarks.

The old town gathers along the Mtkvari River, its narrow streets lined with carved wooden balconies, churches and wine bars. Abanotubani, the bath district, is crowned by brick domes over sulphur springs, and the walls of Narikala Fortress overlook it all, reached by cable car or a steep walk. The Mother of Georgia statue stands on the ridge holding a sword and a bowl of wine.
