Fun Chocolate Making Class With a Local Chef in Calgary

That viral Dubai chocolate bar you've been seeing everywhere? This time, you're making it yourself. Join Chef Giselle for a hands-on chocolate-making experience where rich chocolate, creamy pistachio filling and crispy kataifi pastry come together in one satisfying creation. No advanced skills required. You'll begin by learning how to work with melted chocolate before creating the signature pistachio and kataifi filling that gives Dubai chocolate its famous crunch. Next, you'll assemble and layer your chocolate bar, learning techniques for shaping, filling and finishing it with a polished look. Chef Giselle keeps every step approachable and engaging, making it easy to follow along whether it's your first time making chocolate or you're looking to try something new. Between the glossy chocolate shell, the nutty pistachio center and the crunch of kataifi, every stage is packed with flavor and texture. Store-bought chocolate bars are officially facing some competition.
