Venetian city walls of Zadar are among the best examples of the Venetian fortification system that was built in the 15th and 16th centuries during the Ottoman invasions.
The Cathedral of St. Anastasia is the Roman Catholic cathedral of Zadar, Croatia, the seat of the Archdiocese of Zadar, and the largest church in all of Dalmatia.
The Sea Organ in Zadar is a unique architectural sound installation that turns the movement of the sea into music. Located along Zadar’s waterfront, this one-of-a-kind attraction uses waves and wind to create natural, ever-changing melodies through a series of underwater pipes. It’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunset, and experience the harmony between nature and human creativity.
The Church of St. Donatus is one of Zadar’s most famous landmarks, dating back to the 9th century. This pre-Romanesque circular church stands in the heart of the Old Town and is renowned for its impressive architecture and exceptional acoustics.
