The Redondo Beach Pier and King Harbor, with fishing boats and yachts, anchor the waterfront, and Seaside Lagoon is a sheltered saltwater swimming area. A beachfront path for walking, cycling and skating runs north through Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach, and Riviera Village has shops and cafés a short way inland.
