Kochi Ginger and Tosa Sake Pairing Experience

In Ino Town, the birthplace of Kochi ginger, you will visit Kariya Farm, a ginger farm dedicated to carefully cultivated produce. The farm’s representative will personally share the philosophy behind their cultivation, the passion that drives their work, and the challenges of growing exceptional ginger.
