Discover Vietnam’s coffee culture in a 90-minute guided tasting led by a guide trained by food writer and Travel + Leisure SEA Tastemaker Jovel Chan. Blind taste Arabica vs Robusta, explore Vietnam’s coffee history and brew four iconic coffees using the traditional phin, with take-home recipes and a certificate. Inclusions: 1/ Guided Arabica vs Robusta blind tasting 2/ Intro to Vietnam’s coffee history and culture 3/ Hands-on brewing and tasting of Cà Phê Đen, Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Bạc Xỉu and Egg Coffee 4/ Traditional phin brewing techniques, tips and trivia 5/ Take-home recipe cards and certificate Our workshops are vegan and lactose-intolerant friendly, with plant-based alternatives available. For recipes using eggs, we use ISE Egg Premium, pasteurized eggs produced under strict Japanese quality and safety standards.
