5Driver was right on time...
Driver was right on time and very friendly. The company responded quickly to any of my question. I recommend

It was a fun experience. Felt really immersed. I only wish we had more time at Hobbitango because we were really taking it in.
5Will use again
The driver was a couple minutes late but the admin messaged me via WhatsApp to keep me updated. On arriving to Panajachel, he asked everyone what hotel and it's location so that we could get the correct Lanchas.
2Don’t use Due South Travels
If it wasn’t for the kind driver I would give my experience a zero star. The company that runs this shuttle - Due South Travels - will not pick you up at your hotel or near your hotel as stated before booking online. They will take a non-refundable payment and then they will let you know that you have to travel to a meeting spot which in my case was 15 minutes walking with heavy luggage. I told them how I felt about misleading information online and they told me to take an Uber and ask the City of Antigua for a refund. Absolutely ridiculously. Also, the shuttle left 20 minutes late. When I got to the meeting spot I found a sign which stated that the shuttle which leaves from that spot costs 1/3 less than what they charged me online.
