Matsuyama Castle Stroll and Making Auspicious Sweets

This experience allows you to discover the profound charm of Japanese tea and traditional Japanese confectionery. A photography service is also available. Take a stroll through Matsuyama Castle, where you can feel the breath of history, and the historic castle town, carrying a bento box filled with handmade Japanese sweets. Listen to the tranquility of Shinonome Shrine and take a moment to reflect on the words engraved on the haiku monument dedicated to Shiki Masaoka. This experience begins with a stroll enveloped in the scent of literature and culture. It is not merely sightseeing, but a journey of discovery connected to everyday life. In a cozy, welcoming space where you can truly feel the essence of Japan, you can explore the depths of Japanese tea and wagashi. While enjoying the process of learning how to brew sencha using a teapot and making mochi sweets, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Ehime’s tea and local wagashi. We accommodate guests with food allergies and vegans.
