Gluten Free Pizza Cooking Class With Wine Tasting

Learn to make authentic gluten-free Neapolitan pizza from scratch in a hands-on cooking class in Florence, guided by a local chef accredited by Gambero Rosso. Prepare the dough, create your own pizza, enjoy bruschetta and local wines, and receive a Pizza Chef Diploma at the end.
