Gluten Free Pizza Cooking Class With Wine Tasting

Learn to make authentic gluten-free Neapolitan pizza from scratch in a hands-on cooking class in Florence, guided by a local chef accredited by Gambero Rosso. Prepare the dough, create your own pizza, enjoy bruschetta and local wines, and receive a Pizza Chef Diploma at the end. After putting on your apron and chef’s hat, you’ll prepare gluten-free pizza dough while learning the traditional techniques used by real pizzaioli. While the dough rests, enjoy freshly made bruschetta and learn how to prepare a traditional Italian tomato pizza sauce. Then top your pizza with tomato, mozzarella, and basil to create a classic Margherita before baking it in a hot oven. At the end, enjoy the pizza you prepared with a tasting of local wines.
