5Would definitely...
Would definitely recommend good food, wine, and dancing. Interactive which made it much more fun! Loved the dancing and games!
4Entertaining
The host was super positive, friendly and entertaining. Dances were fun to watch. Had interactive activities which many enjoyed. The food was disappointing though. A salad of plain iceberg lettuce and unseasoned pork. The potatoes, carrots and chicken were fine. Cooked pear for dessert was good. Appetizer was good. Plenty of food. One shot and a glass of wine was included. The entertainment was interesting and fun to watch. Even though the food fell flat it was fun.

Food was good, the entertainment was just that, entertaining. A good evening where you could participate if you wanted to.
5Wonderful Experience!
What a wonderful evening! The music, dancing and food were fantastic! We were greeted by accordion music and our hostess, Dragana, was gracious and welcoming. The dancers performed traditional Slovenian dances and came from different regions. The audience were encouraged to join in a couple of dances and it was a lot of fun! Great time - I'm glad were had the opportunity to experience it!

I enjoyed the Slovenian Evening at a local restaurant. The food and entertainment wee good. When I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by an accordionist. They offered a welcome drink and I posed with the performers. My main course was two kinds of chicken. One piece was served fried in breadcrumbs, like a schnitzel. The other was grilled. There was a group of 34 Canadian teenagers plus 10 individuals at the Slovenian evening. We not only watched the dancers, we joined them. It was fun to do the Hat dance. You form a circle, place your left hand on your neighbor's back, and your right hand on your other neighbor's hat. You have to move the hat onto your head in time to the music. We also danced a Slovenian Conga! It was an enjoyable evening and a lot of fun!

About Ljubljana
Ljubljana is Slovenia's small, green capital, a riverside city of bridges, a hilltop castle and cafés, with lakes and mountains within reach.
Ljubljana sits on the Ljubljanica River beneath a castle on a wooded hill, and its compact centre is closed to most traffic. The architect Jože Plečnik shaped much of the look of the city, with the Triple Bridge, the riverside market colonnades and the National and University Library. The Dragon Bridge, guarded by four dragons, recalls the city's symbol, and a funicular climbs to the castle.
