Naples Sfogliatella Workshop with Lesson in San Gregorio Armeno

This experience combines storytelling, hands-on pastry making, and tasting in one of the most iconic streets of Naples. Guests will not simply taste sfogliatella: they will discover its history, learn traditional artisan techniques from a Maitre Sfogliatellier, shape the pastry by hand, and enjoy a rich tasting of Neapolitan sweets inside a historic 14th-century building in Via San Gregorio Armeno. It is an authentic and immersive way to experience Naples through one of its most beloved pastry traditions.

To accompany the sensory journey, a selection of hot and cold drinks includes Neapolitan coffee, cappuccino, tea, fresh orange juice and water, along with two homemade artisan liqueurs: a citrus liqueur with orange notes and a coffee liqueur prepared with moka.
