The walk begins in Grove Park.
We will pass through the Italian Gardens and along the promenade where we will learn about the history of the people of Weston, of the islands and surrounding area with their folklore and mythology, of witches, ghosts, dragons, giants and kings.
We will have a quick visit to Knightstone Island.
Anchor Head is a rocky headland and coastal location in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England.
We will descend to the Old Town Quarry where food and refreshments will be available.
