He will descale and clean the fish on the spot and will prepare, with the other staff, the rest of your unforgettable escape. Either by lighting a fire on the shore or taking you to the fishing shack of a local fisherman, a meal of unparalleled freshness and taste is waiting only for you. From the sea straight to your palate. You will accompany it with other local dishes and Cretan wine or beer.
