5Excellent experience!
This is a beautiful hot springs experience! I loved the infinity pools overlooking the lake and the temperature was perfect. Even got to see a bit of the northern lights that evening!
5A quiet and authentic experience.
We had a great experience Vök Baths. The admission fee is reasonably priced in comparison to other similar options. There are no set limit on the length of the visit or how many times the various facilities can be used. The atmosphere is peaceful, respectful and spa like, with small to medium crowd sizes. The staff was friendly, and reserved. We really enjoy the cold plunges in the lake next to the infinity hot bassins. We would highly recommend Vök Baths if you are looking for a quiet and authentic experience.
2I would skip
This was my least favorite lagoon of the three we visited. While it was beautiful and unique with the surrounding lake, I didn’t feel that the facilities were as clean or well-maintained as the Blue Lagoon or Forest Lagoon, which we really enjoyed. The facilities also felt a bit chaotic and could have been cleaner. Overall, the setting was beautiful, but the experience didn’t quite compare to the other lagoons we visited. We ended up only staying an hour - would skip this one.
4The baths were good and...
The baths were good and the facility was nice. The 1300 for a towel was a bit much and should have been included in the large sum paid for admission.
4Great day at baths
Wonderful time at baths but paid way too much for 30 minute drive there. Advise baths get there own van.
5Great way to take a break
Very relaxing experience. The thermal baths are a great way to unwind and take a break from touring around Iceland. I preferred these baths over the Blue Lagoon as they were less “touristy”. We went early in the day and it was uncrowded.

About Djúpivogur
Djúpivogur is a small fishing village in Iceland's East Fjords, set below a pyramid-shaped peak and known for its egg sculptures and slow living.
Djúpivogur stands on a small peninsula between the Berufjörður and Hamarsfjörður fjords in East Iceland, about 210 km south-east of Akureyri in a straight line. Búlandstindur, a pyramid-shaped mountain of about 1,070 metres, rises straight from the water behind the village. By the harbour, Langabúð, a timber warehouse from 1790, is now a museum and café, and on the shore Eggin í Gleðivík is a row of 34 large granite eggs, each modelled on a local nesting bird.
