Højdepunkter

A 4-day Tsingy Tour is the perfect adventure for travelers seeking Madagascar’s most iconic landscapes — the mystical Avenue of the Baobabs, the wildlife-rich Kirindy Forest, and the legendary Tsingy de Bemaraha. Your journey begins in Morondava with a magical sunset among ancient baobabs, where the golden light transforms these giant trees into unforgettable silhouettes. The next day, the adventure continues toward Kirindy Forest, a dry deciduous reserve famous for lemurs, chameleons, and the elusive fossa. A guided day walk and optional night walk reveal an incredible diversity of wildlife active across the forest floor and treetops. This 4 Days tour can be extend with Andasibe, Isalo, or Ifaty.

  • 5Best tour in Madagascar!!!

Amazing experience. Rock formations are so cool and fun to climb around!! Most amazing part is that we caught the fossa mating in the trees!!!

  • 5Highly Recommended Tsingy Tour

I really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour which included challenging but spectacular hiking at Tsingy National Park, fun night and day walks to see lemurs at Kirindy Nature Reserve, and a spectacular sunset at the Avenue of the Boababs. Naina did a great job with communications before the tour and arranged for airport transfers to and from my hotel In Morondava. Theo was an outstanding guide who shared his extensive knowledge about the places we visited. He also did an amazing job spotting lemurs during our walks at Kirindy. And my driver Dominique (Domi) did a masterful job navigating the terrible roads. I always felt safe with him at the wheel. As other reviews describe, this is a physically demanding tour with very long drives and two river crossings but every minute was worth it to enjoy once in a lifetime experiences at Tsingy, Kirindy and the boababs!

  • 5The first and only tourist in Tsingy 2026!

We went during end of rainy season, which is a huge no for tourist , but the team actually took us tsingy, although the road was bad , to see the local community and driver (mad maxx aka lulu) get us there was amazing, the 20hr trek to tsingy was a trip by itself; we had private everything ,we were only tourist in tsingy, only tourist in hotels, I learned alot about the people and culture of madagascar, I've been to 100+ countries this experience is at the top of experiences!

  • 5Great guides, fabulous sights

The 4 day tour was amazing. My guide, Theo, really knew the area, the animals, and the birds. He was not only an excellent guide, but a genuinly kind and fun person. The drive to the Tsingy was long, but I always felt safe. Our driver, Lolo was very talented and a pleasure to travel with. If you are 8nterested in seeing wildlife, birds, and exploring the Tsingy, I recommend this trip. Be warned, the trip out is done in 2 days, the return is 10 hours and done in 1 day. They break it up with stops, but it is a long day.

  • 5Great Experience on this Well-Planned Tour!

We had a great time! Tsingy Tours was extremely responsive and answered all of our pre-trip questions timely - despite the time change to the US. They also did a great job selecting out guide, who was friendly, listened to our priorities, and spoke English well (Ferdinand 261 343 82 0913 if you have questions). Our driver was also amazing - the roads are terrible and he handled them with ease. The tour is well thought out incorporating lots of activities. Everything was as described and the accommodations were the best available in the area. Tsingy Tours was also helpful when our hotel tried to overcharge us for an airport transfer. Overall recommended if you want to truly experience Madagascar!

About Morondava

Morondava is a fishing town on Madagascar's west coast, gateway to the Avenue of the Baobabs, Kirindy Forest and the stone forests of Bemaraha.

Morondava lies on the Mozambique Channel on the dry west coast of Madagascar, a laid-back town of sandy streets, fishing boats and a long beach. The Vezo, fishing people of this coast, sail out in wooden outrigger canoes, and the market sells the catch. Its best-known sight is just inland.
