For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children, for them our staff will prepare a selection of gastronomic excellences at a cost of € 8 per child.Remember that by law it is forbidden to administer alcohol to minors.

About San Gimignano
San Gimignano, in Tuscany, is a hill town of medieval stone towers, built on a ridge above the vineyards of the Elsa valley.
San Gimignano rises on a hilltop in the Tuscan countryside south-west of Florence, its skyline pricked by medieval towers built by rival families as symbols of wealth. More than a dozen still stand. The town is listed by UNESCO, and its stone streets run between two gates to the Piazza della Cisterna, a triangular square with a thirteenth-century well, beside the Piazza del Duomo.
