This tour was created for nature and wildlife lovers, mainly will be focus on visiting different ecosystems, starting with a short hike through a private rain forest where you will have the opportunity to see sloths and other type of wildlife that you can just find in the rain forest, such as; toucans, rare frogs (red eye frog, glass frog, blue jean frog, etc...) After that, on the way back we will visit a beautiful waterfall where you will be able to swim and enjoy a refreshing water coming from the closest volcano.

About Liberia

Liberia, nicknamed the White City, is the whitewashed capital of Guanacaste in north-west Costa Rica, a ranching town near volcanoes and Pacific beaches.

Liberia is the main town of Guanacaste, the dry north-west of Costa Rica, and gets its nickname, the White City, from its whitewashed colonial houses and the white gravel once laid on its streets. Cattle ranching shaped the province and its cowboys, the sabaneros, still ride the open plains. Low houses and a simple town square give the centre a provincial feel, and the airport brings travellers into the whole region.
