5Better than anticipated!!! We rarely book organised tours.
Rabbies trail burners Helen of Clan Fraser was a terrific guide. She varied information, music, & local tales wonderfully. Amazing trip with all the expected sights ( good weather) Skye small group tour is highly recommended!!
5Fabulous Tour and Tour Guide
Visiting Scotland with friends and booked us ahead of time using Internet. We had never been in the country before and wanted to see the Isle of Skye. Scotty was our amazing tour guide/driver. He was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. The tour is long; we had to be there at 8 am and got back to Inverness around 7:30 pm. The views of this particular tour were just absolutely breathtaking. The scheduled stops were really just right for photos/bathrooms/food. Highly recommend!
5Great tour even in the rain
Such an easy way to travel from Inverness to Skye! Very comfortable coach for a long drive. We stopped for toilet breaks the right amount. We had great weather for the castle. The inside isn’t too spectacular and I should have saved the entrance fee and spent more time on the grounds and with the view. We had terrible weather in Skye but still had some very dramatic, very Scottish views of the cliffs and sea. Our tour guide Charlie was the best! His knowledge of Scottish history and the stories behind everything we passed was terrific. He kept us engaged throughout even though the weather caused some sights to be missed. Thank you, Charlie! If you want to visit Skye, this is a great, relaxing way, and the Scottish weather just is what is. Great photos, memories, and stories.

Emily was very knowledgeable and pleasant at all times. She was concerned for all travelers and allowed appropriate breaks on a 12 hour tour.

A wonderful day with magnificent landscape. We appreciated having a driver as parts were a bit dodgy with the wind. Graham was a great guide.

Excellent tour guide with our trip to isle of sky. Highly recommend this excellent tour. Very knowledgeable about the area.
Inverness is the Highland capital on the River Ness, close to Loch Ness, Culloden battlefield, ancient cairns and the dolphins of the Moray Firth.
Inverness stands where the River Ness meets the Moray Firth, with a red sandstone castle on a bluff above the river and the wooded Ness Islands, linked by footbridges, a short stroll upstream. The city is the capital of the Highlands and the northern end of the Great Glen, the fault valley that runs south-west to Fort William. The Victorian cathedral of St Andrew stands on the river bank.
Top-ranked sights in Inverness: Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Isle of Skye.
