5Wanaka skydive- review
It was superb and amazing. Thanks to my tandem buddy aaron, i was able to skydive safely. Amazing view when diving down. It was my first dive. At first, it was scary when we accelerated down to earth. But, after reaching terminal velocity, i am no longer scared and just felt like flying in the air. I saw the three lakes, mt aspiring, mt cook, mountain ranges and so on. It was really exhilirating, thrilled, and extreme joy. Thanks to wanaka skydive for the wonderful experience.

5Amazing first time skydive
Had an unforgettable time with Skydive Wanaka! Jumping from 12,000 ft over Wanaka was exciting and unforgettable. Big thanks to my instructor Jamie — friendly, calm, and made me feel confident the whole time. The staff were great and they were cool as cucumbers!! The freefall was an amazing adrenaline rush, and the views during the parachute ride were stunning. The photos and videos turned out awesome too. 🤩🤩 Highly recommend Skydive Wanaka to anyone visiting New Zealand!

What an incredible experience jumping from 15,000 ft! The whole team was friendly and very professional. Big thanks to Rob—he was amazing and made the whole jump enjoyable even though I was very scared. He makes you laugh so you don't think about the anxiety too much. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about skydiving! Wanaka has a stunning scenery.
5Amazing experience!
What can I say - WOW! We booked this for a friends birthday present and no regrets. The staff are amazing and make you feel completely relaxed about the jump. Jumping from 15000 ft is definitely the way to go as the views and experience are something you want to last as long as you can. We debated paying extra for the video but decided to do it last minute and would highly recommend as a momento, especially if it’s your first time. Can’t wait to do it again!

About Wānaka
Wānaka is a lakeside town in New Zealand's Southern Alps, set below snowy peaks, a gateway to Mount Aspiring National Park and the ski fields.
Wānaka sits at the southern end of Lake Wānaka in the Otago region of the South Island, with mountains rising on every side. A path follows the lakefront past the lone willow that stands in the water, which has become a symbol of the town. Roys Peak, with its zigzag track, and Mount Iron give views over the lake and the valley. The town has cafés, galleries and a nearby wine region.
