  1. Vatican Museums: The plural is used, because there are: an Art Gallery, an Egyptian and an Etruscan Museum, the Contemporary Art Museum, the Museums of Classical and Grego-Roman Antiquities, the Philatelic and Numismatic Museum and the Ethnological Museum; then there are the Gallery of Tapestries and that of Geographical Maps and the majestic Sistine Chapel. Our guides, all with Vatican accreditation, will be able to accompany you through the absolute masterpieces and precious collections of the Vatican Museums, making you discover important details, which you surely would not have even noticed.

  2. The visit will continue in the splendid Sistine Chapel, where you will learn everything about the history of Michelangelo's magnificent masterpiece, but also interesting anecdotes, such as for example that of the self-portrait without bones, which the artist painted precisely to underline that he would have preferred to be skinned alive rather than repaint the Sistine Chapel.

About Rom

Top-ranked sights in Rom: Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel.
