Højdepunkter

Arrival at Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, The vehicle arrives at the gates of Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Your guide takes care of the park entry permits while you take a brief comfort stop, drive the vehicle parks near the coordinates provided by the 24/7 armed anti-poaching unit. You disembark to meet the national park rangers. Your guide gives a critical safety briefing (e.g., how to walk in a single-file line, signaling hand gestures, and how to behave around wild animals). You will track the southern white rhinos on foot through the bush. Once found, you spend quiet time observing them from a safe, respectful distance (usually 10 to 25 meters). About Livingstone

Livingstone is a Zambian town on the Zambezi River, a few kilometres from Victoria Falls, with a colonial centre, wildlife and river adventures.

Livingstone stands on the northern bank of the Zambezi, about ten kilometres from Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, the Smoke That Thunders. The town grew after the railway arrived in 1905 and was capital of Northern Rhodesia until 1935. It is named after David Livingstone, who in 1855 became the first European to see the falls, and the Livingstone Museum holds his letters and local history.

Top-ranked sights in Livingstone: Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, Devil's Pool, Livingstone Museum.
