5Amazing cultural experience!!
A truly special experience that we will remember for a long time! ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Chef Loubna and Sara for such a FANTASTIC cooking class that far exceeded our expectations! What made it so memorable was not just the wonderful food we got to prepare and enjoy, but the opportunity to connect with Moroccan culture. Both Chef Loubna and Sara were incredible hosts, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked through the door! We loved hearing about the local ingredients and family traditions. Everything was very much hands-on, and genuinely enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! All of the dishes came together beautifully!! Chef Loubna and Sara, thank you for sharing your time, expertise, hospitality and HUGS! Your warmth and enthusiasm turned a cooking class into something much more meaningful — an authentic taste of Morocco and cooking with what felt like family! If you have the chance to experience a class with them while in Rabat, don't hesitate. It's a beautiful way to discover Moroccan cuisine and the people and traditions that make it so special. 5We had such a great time...
We had such a great time in this cooking class! Not only was the food delicious, but we learned how attainable it will be to make the same meal in our own kitchens. The expertise of the chef was notable and our translator was equally as lovely. Will definitely do again when in Rabat!

5Amazing cooking class and culinary experience
We had a cooking class at a family and it was an exceptional experience. We learned how to cook a chicken tagine (lemon and olives), and a delicious salad. The chef and Fatima were welcoming and great guides. Overall. a MUST if you come to Rabat! ❤️

5Excellent cookery lesson,...
Excellent cookery lesson, demonstrations given by cheerful Chef Zenib and clear instructions from Translator Fatima. I learnt how to cook a tomato and pepper dish for starter that has reminded me the importance of putting time into the basics as i will be able to use this dish for the base of some of the dishes i try to create at home. The Lamb tagine was beautifully spiced and the dessert delicious, The lesson added an extra dimension to my holiday and it felt great to be supporting women running a business in this country. Thank you ladies.

5Fresh, fun, delish!
I was amazed that I was able to make 3 delicious dishes that I had never made before. The techniques were well explained, the English-speaking guide was nice and fluent and the chef was very helpful and kind. The space was clean and everything was fresh. All positive!

About Rabat

Rabat is Morocco's calm Atlantic capital, with a hilltop kasbah, a medieval tower, a royal mausoleum, Roman ruins at Chellah and a river-mouth beach.

Rabat lies on the Atlantic coast at the mouth of the Bou Regreg river, facing its twin city Salé across the water. The Kasbah of the Udayas, a 12th-century fortress with blue-and-white lanes and an Andalusian garden, stands on the cliff above the river mouth. Nearby, the Hassan Tower is the unfinished minaret of a mosque begun in 1195, surrounded by rows of broken columns. The mausoleum of Mohammed V, guarded by horsemen, stands opposite.
