• 5A beginner’s masterclass

  Completely new, and nervous, skier. Claudio was patient, kind, and clear - for the first half-hour I was adamant that skiing wasn’t for me; however, by the end I was confidently traversing the beginner’s slope, thanks to his instructions! Filled me with confidence and belief. Very highly recommended.

  I am a beginner skier and had a wonderful instructor, Claudio, who was very patient and professional. He helped me a lot to improve my technique and gain confidence from feeling more in control of my skiing. I thoroughly recommend Claudio and PDS Snowsport.   Paloma is amazing! Just the best. Melina had a lovely time explored safely all pists while beeing guided with fun in the beautiful ski area of Verbier. We are grateful and recommend her for classes or just as guide in this area.

  The ski lesson in Verbier was extremely well structured and effective. The session focused on real, practical improvement, with clear goals and progressive exercises that made a noticeable difference on the slopes. The balance between technique, rhythm, and confidence-building was excellent, and the pace felt perfectly adapted throughout the lesson. Claudio guided the session smoothly, allowing the lesson to feel natural and engaging rather than rigid. By the end, I felt more confident, more controlled, and much more aware of my skiing. A very valuable and enjoyable lesson overall.

About Montreux

Montreux is a Swiss Riviera town on Lake Geneva, known for its flower-lined promenade, the Château de Chillon, a jazz festival and Belle Époque hotels.

Montreux curves along the northern shore of Lake Geneva, with steep vineyards and mountains behind it and the Alps of Savoy across the water. Its mild microclimate allows palms and flowering gardens along the lakeside promenade, where a statue of Freddie Mercury, who recorded here with Queen, looks over the lake. Belle Époque hotels line the shore.
