Here, you'll step into the working kitchen to see how a fifth-generation maestro churrero crafts these beloved pastries to achieve the perfect texture and taste.
Here, you’ll see the small stone marker embedded in the pavement. Your guide explains it’s Kilometer Zero, the point from which every road in Spain is measured. Nearby, the bronze Oso y el Madroño, the bear and strawberry tree that has symbolized Madrid since the Middle Ages, makes for the city’s most beloved landmark.
This vast 17th-century square, enclosed by terracotta facades and arcaded walkways, was once the stage for royal coronations, bullfights, and public trials. Your guide traces the stories still held in its stones.
