1. We’ll meet in Piazza Madonna degli Aldobrandini, right by the San Lorenzo area. After a quick welcome, we’ll check any allergies or dietary restrictions and your wine preference (red or white). Then you’ll get a short introduction to San Lorenzo’s historic market district and Florence’s long merchant tradition.

2. Our first stop is a classic Florentine sweet bite: cantucci, the traditional almond biscuits. Here you’ll have freedom to choose what you want to taste, with your guide giving you a short orientation first (where to go, how not to lose time, and an easy meeting point). You’ll get 2–3 “must-try” suggestions (think local cured meats, pecorino cheeses, schiacciata), then you’re free to explore. We recommend one glass of wine per person (red or white). Along the way you’ll hear a quick, useful intro to Italian market culture and the key differences in Tuscan specialties.
