Højdepunkter

Unlike standard pastry classes, this experience unfolds inside a real Parisian bakery, not a studio. With only eight participants, you’ll receive hands-on guidance from a professional French pâtissier who reveals the secrets behind perfect macarons—from glossy meringue to smooth, delicate shells. You won’t just observe—you’ll whisk, fold, pipe, and fill your own colorful creations while learning about the art, science, and history of France’s most elegant treat. Discover how this tiny pastry became a symbol of French sophistication and why precision, timing, and texture make all the difference. By the end, you’ll leave with a box of your handmade macarons, plus the skills and confidence to recreate their Parisian magic at home.

About Paris

Top-ranked sights in Paris: Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, 4th Arrondissement.
